How Booking Works
Payment Terms
30% Deposit
A 30% deposit is required to secure your booking. Dates are held for 48 hours pending receipt. Bookings within 6 weeks of arrival require full payment upfront.
Balance Due
The remaining 70% balance is due 6 weeks before arrival. A reminder will be sent in advance.
How to Pay
Payment by bank transfer or Revolut. Bank details provided on booking confirmation.
Pay via RevolutCancellation Policy
All deposits and booking payments are strictly non-refundable. In the event of a cancellation by the guest, the deposit and any balance payments already made will be forfeited. We strongly recommend taking out appropriate travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances.

- Check-outBy 11:00 am. Late check-out may be available on request — subject to availability.
- Key handoverWe will greet you personally on arrival. Please let us know your estimated arrival time in advance.
Smoking Policy
- ✗Strictly no smoking inside the apartment at any time.
- ✓Smoking is permitted on the covered terrace, outdoor garden, and pool area. Please use the ashtrays provided and dispose of cigarette ends responsibly.
Quiet Hours
- ✓Quiet hours are observed between 11:00 pm and 8:00 am daily.
- ✓Please keep music, TV, and outdoor noise to a considerate level after 11 pm out of respect for neighbours.
- ✗No parties or large gatherings without prior written consent from the host.
Pool & General
- ✓Maximum occupancy: 5 guests. Please do not exceed this without prior agreement.
- ✓Pets are welcome! Please let us know in advance so we can prepare accordingly.
- ✗No glass near the pool area. Plastic or acrylic drinkware is provided for poolside use.
- ✓Please leave the apartment in a tidy condition on departure. Excessive cleaning charges may apply.

- →Espiche Golf — 15 min drive. A newer, quieter course in a natural setting. Excellent value green fees.

- →Lagos Old Town — 5 min drive. Cobbled streets, the historic slave market museum, and the beautiful Igreja de Santo António.
- →Ponta da Piedade Boat Trip — A must-do. Sea caves and golden rock arches accessible only by boat. Book at the marina.
- →Lagos Marina — 5 min walk. Dolphin watching tours, kayak hire, sailing trips, and excellent waterfront dining.
